We do not demand commissions from any of our suppliers or subcontractors. Our Only Benefit: Fixed Service Fee by Contract
In the MATSIS system, after conducting feasibility studies and necessary analyses, the approximate cost of the project is determined. Our only revenue as Maynest is a fixed percentage (%) of this cost, determined according to the nature of the work. We accept any evidence that contradicts this commitment and guarantee a penalty five times the amount of the irregularity through this contract.

Our system requires preliminary, structural, architectural, and, if necessary, interior design projects to be drawn up before a project is accepted. These projects, prepared in full compliance with engineering and architectural terminology, allow us to calculate the total cost of the project from the outset with minimal margin of error. This ensures you never encounter unexpected additional costs during the process.
Your Capital is Safe: Payment Only Upon Completion of Work
At MATSİS, no advance payments, fees, or service charges are requested upfront. All cash and financial control remains with the client. Payments to our company for services will only be made on a progress basis, as the stages and works specified in the contract are successfully completed, and only at the percentage rate initially agreed upon.
Absolute Transparency: Regular Official Reporting
In line with our principle of integrity, the technical and financial status of your project will be officially reported by Maynest at regular intervals. Project owners can personally participate in all procurement negotiations for goods and services if they wish. They can even make material purchases themselves if necessary, ensuring they are fully aware of every detail of the process.
